That’s why we’re looking for a Community & Content Manager who will communicate with our audience, grow the community, and create activities that make people want to be part of it.

What you’ll do
- Grow the SYNTX.AI community across Discord, Threads, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Come up with and launch activities, contests, an ambassador program, and other engagement mechanics.
- Stay connected with the audience, answer questions, collect feedback, solve issues, and keep communication active.
- Build relationships with the core group of creators and help them become part of the SYNTX ecosystem.
- Create content for the community: posts, announcements, recurring formats, discussions, and special campaigns.
- Spot ideas and trends that can be turned into content and community activities.
- Develop the community strategy, test new mechanics, and track performance metrics.
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience building and managing an active community.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with an audience.
- Strong writing skills and a good sense of tone of voice.
- Proactivity and the ability to independently launch new initiatives.
Nice to have
- Ability to create simple visuals such as banners, covers, and contest materials.
- Experience with Discord, Threads, or Reddit.
- Experience creating AI content, including images, videos, and prompts.
- Experience with Discord bots and automation.
