📌Our expectations: – 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner; – experience in a bank or credit institution; – understanding of the full credit lifecycle; – experience in designing financial scenarios and user processes; – understanding of interest accrual, fees, penalties, and payment schedules; – experience interacting with engineering teams and building complex product requirements; – ability to make decisions based on data and business metrics; – experience with Lending Platform or Core Banking; – understanding of accounting for financial transactions.
