We are expanding our team and want to hire a Senior ML Researcher at Alber Blanc.

We are looking for a strong ML researcher who can apply machine learning to solve real-world problems in high-frequency trading where it's needed.

What you will do: • develop ML models from idea to production; • conduct research in the field of alpha generation and execution; • research and sometimes look for new data sources, build features, and find patterns; • improve the quality of current models and bring them to a working state.

What we expect: • 5+ years of experience in the ML/Data/Trading domain • strong mathematical background (probability theory, statistics, algorithms); • deep understanding of Machine Learning; • experience in developing and training ML models; • STEM education from a strong university or proven experience as a Data Scientist / ML Researcher.

Will be a big plus: • ICPC, IOI, IMC, Codeforces Red, Kaggle (especially trading competitions); • Q1/Q2 publications; • open-source or pet projects in ML, trading, or quantitative finance; • practical experience in the trading domain
