We’re Hiring: General Accountant (Fully Remote)
We are looking for a skilled and motivated General Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to join our team and work remotely from home.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience only.
- Good experience using accounting software or ERP systems.
- Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Must be available to start immediately.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review daily journal entries and ensure accurate recording.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Perform monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor revenues, expenses, and account balances.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and errors.
