American startup in the Oral Care category. The flagship product is whitening strips with strong results on Amazon. We are expanding the portfolio (pastes, foams, electric toothbrushes) and entering new markets with the ambition to become a global brand. We are looking for a Product Manager who will take charge of the entire product portfolio — from idea to shelf.

What you will be doing: • Portfolio management: simultaneous management of 8–12 products at different stages
• Working with factories (China, Korea): RFQ, samples, contracts, quality control
• Maintaining product dossiers for each SKU: formula, INCI, documents, packaging
• Synchronization with MLT (regulatory affairs) for markets: adaptation to local requirements
• Management of samples and focus groups
• Tracking milestones, critical path, and risks
• Training the sales team on the product

Will be a big advantage: • Experience in oral care, skincare, or pharma, ability to read INCI sheets, and understanding of cosmetic chemistry
• Experience working with Asian manufacturers: negotiations, contracts, control
• English from B2+ (business correspondence with partners)
• Personal experience managing 5+ products simultaneously at different stages
• Understanding of the Korean/Chinese market and Amazon's listing requirements
• Experience launching products from scratch, not just managing an existing portfolio
