What you will be doing: -End-to-End design. Full cycle from Discovery to Delivery. Competitor research, trend analysis, and creation of working prototypes with a focus on mobile user experience. -Mobile UX Architecture. Designing complex interfaces for betting (live matches, coupons, dynamic odds) and their seamless integration with casino modules on smartphone screens. -Data-Driven solutions. Optimization of key business funnels (registration, deposits, retention) to directly impact user engagement and LTV. -Support and scaling of an adaptive Design System using current Figma capabilities (Atomic design, Variables, complex mobile component logic). -Preparation of mockups considering mobile web limitations and guidelines (iOS/Android) for comfortable handover to developers.

What we expect from you: -Work experience of 5+ years. -Analytical thinking, ability to find a balance between user pain points and business goals. -Domain expertise - experience working in Sports Betting or Casino projects for at least 1 year. Understanding the specifics of industry UX patterns is important. -Portfolio.
