We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to work on digital products and internal IT solutions in the Healthcare domain for an international outsourcing company.

The role is at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Operations and assumes full responsibility for leading technical projects from concept to implementation.

Conditions: Remote work. B2B contract. Location: EU or Serbia

You will coordinate engineering teams, analysts, clinical experts, and external vendors, helping to launch and scale technology solutions that improve clinicians work, patient experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Technical Project / Program Manager role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Nice to Have: Experience with AI / ML and LLMs in production.
