UX/UI consultant

I’m looking for a freelance or part-time UX/UI consultant to support an e-commerce website audit and improvement initiative.

We need someone who can independently review the current digital experience, identify opportunities across navigation, usability, visual design, and customer flow, and help us develop practical recommendations that can strengthen both experience and conversion.

This is not purely a design execution role. It requires someone who can:

• Audit the current website experience end-to-end
• Assess user navigation and overall design effectiveness
• Recommend improvements to UX, UI, and content flow
• Engage collaboratively with stakeholders and the customer
• Contribute ideas that can meaningfully improve customer experience and conversion ratios

Ideal profile: Someone with hands-on experience in e-commerce UX/UI, website optimisation, and conversion-focused digital design.
