Tiberias
Tolgal Dania plant (Tiberias region), part of Micro Point PRO, is seeking a TAPI specialist – production planning and control (subcontracted production).
Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Periodic production plans according to customer orders.
- Opening and Managing Production Orders: Releasing orders to the production floor, routing processes between workstations, and monitoring their actual execution.
- Deadline Control: Constant monitoring of production line pace, identifying real-time deviations and delays, and organizing corrective actions.
- Material and Inventory Coordination: Strict control of raw materials, components, and packaging availability for the production plan; continuous synchronization with the purchasing department and warehouses to prevent shortages.
- Communication between Production Floor and Engineering: Close collaboration with production managers to resolve line issues.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Regular performance reports and conclusions for optimizing production processes.
Requirements:
- Practical Engineer (הנדסאי) diploma in Industry and Management or a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Candidates with significant practical experience but without a diploma will also be considered.
- At least two years of experience as a TAPI specialist in a manufacturing facility – mandatory.
- Excellent command of the Priority system and practical experience working with it.
- Confident command of Excel.
- Knowledge of production processes, ability to read blueprints and specifications, understanding of product structure (BOM) – an advantage.
Conditions:
- Work Location: Dania (Tiberias region).
- Full-time, 5 days a week: Sunday-Thursday, one morning shift.
- Work on Shabbat: No.
- Required status in the country: Israeli citizenship.
- Suitable Hebrew level: Native or native-level, high.
- Salary is negotiable.
