Responsibilities: • Analyze player behavior and identify growth opportunities for the product. • Determine what data, metrics, and segments are needed to evaluate the product and build a product analytics system within the company. If the necessary tool is not available, create it independently. • Build dashboards, reports, data marts, and monitoring systems from scratch, tailored to the needs of the team and business. If the necessary tool is not available, create it independently. • Conduct A/B tests from design to result evaluation. • Conduct research: market, competitors, game mechanics, monetization. • Work with predictive analytics – forecast LTV, retention, ROAS. • Develop analytics infrastructure: propose and implement tools that will make the team faster and more accurate. • Verify incoming signals from producers, development, and UA based on data: confirm or refute, localize the source of deviation, and show what data points to its causes. • Proactively monitor product metrics, compare them with each other and with historical data, and promptly highlight significant deviations to the team – with scale and context. • Draw conclusions and present them to the product team and stakeholders in a simple and understandable language.

Requirements: • 6–7 years of experience in game development analytics. • Proven expertise: cases where your insights influenced the product. • Deep understanding of games: mechanics, metrics, monetization (IAP + Ads), balance. • Proficient SQL (complex queries, optimization). • Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, etc.). • Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalents. • Understanding of statistics and probability theory, experience conducting A/B tests. • Experience building analytics processes from scratch or in an environment lacking infrastructure. • Willingness to work without ready-made predictive models and build them independently. • Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility.
