Art Director

We’re looking for a freelance Art Director to collaborate with our team on a range of creative projects spanning commercial production, branding, social campaigns, and content development.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, develop strong visual concepts, and help bring ideas to life across multiple platforms. We’re a lean, senior-level creative team that stays close to the work, so we’re looking for someone who’s collaborative, proactive, and comfortable moving between high-level creative thinking and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Develop visual concepts and campaign directions
• Build decks, mood boards, and presentation materials
• Collaborate with writers, editors, producers, and motion teams
• Help shape brand identity and visual storytelling
• Give creative direction on shoots, graphics, and post-production
• Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities
• Translate strategy into compelling creative

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio with branding, campaign, and/or commercial work
• Experience in advertising, production, agency, or content environments
• Strong design sensibility and understanding of visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working across multiple industries and styles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation design
• Motion, AI, or production experience is a plus
