Business and System Analyst

🚀 We are looking for business and system analysts to join our team! If you've been looking for a project where you can grow, influence, and be part of a real IT team — we're the place for you.

📍 About us: We are part of the IT holding Uzum, and our project is Kapitalbank, one of the most technologically advanced and rapidly developing banks in Uzbekistan.

💻 We have:

• Product, not support ✨
• Real influence of analysts on features and solutions
• A strong team: you will work with talented engineers, designers, and product managers
• Modern approaches — agile methodologies, mature analytics, process automation
• IT atmosphere — we prioritize speed, experiments, and meaning, not bureaucracy

🍩 Perks:

• Work in a cool team, without "banking blues"
• Lots of professional development — meetups, training, growth within the team
• And of course, classic IT perks :)

🌞 And also — Uzbekistan! Sun 300 days a year, kind people, delicious food, a growing market, and a stable currency. It's comfortable to live here and cool to build a career.
