🚀 The bank is launching an AI Hub — an internal team that implements artificial intelligence in key processes. We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer to help build a reliable infrastructure for generative AI, machine learning, and analytics.

📌 The role's objective is to ensure the availability, quality, and manageability of data for AI solutions.

Tasks: ⚙️ Development and support of data processing pipelines (ETL/ELT) ⚙️ Integration of data from various bank systems and external sources ⚙️ Preparation of data structures for ML and Generative AI ⚙️ Creation of a data access layer (including for knowledge/context search) ⚙️ Data quality control — completeness, consistency, relevance ⚙️ Performance optimization and organization of data marts ⚙️ Collaboration with architects and AI engineers

Requirements: 🗂 Experience in developing data processing pipelines 🗂 Confident SQL proficiency 🗂 Practical level of Python 🗂 Understanding of DWH and stream processing principles 🗂 Experience in preparing data for ML

Will be a plus: ➕ Working with data for generative models (vector representations, semantic search) ➕ Experience with streaming systems and distributed computing ➕ Knowledge of Data Governance and data security Ideal Candidate: 💡 Thinks systemically, pays attention to details ⚡️ Adapts quickly 🤝 Able to work with engineers and architects 🏁 Results-oriented
