📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus

🔹 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of QA Engineers • Define and improve QA processes, standards, and testing strategies • Coordinate testing activities across multiple products and releases • Drive test automation and increase coverage • Perform backend and API testing • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams • Analyze logs and production issues using Grafana and Kibana • Participate in release planning, risk analysis, and quality assurance initiatives

🔹 What We're Looking For

✅ 5+ years in Software Testing ✅ 2+ years in QA leadership roles ✅ Strong FinTech experience ✅ Hands-on automation testing experience ✅ Experience with Kotlin and Playwright ✅ Strong API and backend testing skills ✅ Experience with Grafana, Kibana, and monitoring tools ✅ Deep understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC ✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
