At ChillBase, we are working on the unique Social RolePlay game OneState, and we are currently looking for a LiveOps Manager to join our LiveOps team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and operate the LiveOps calendar (events, offers, promotions, and regional activities)
- Be responsible for the growth of revenue and engagement KPIs through in-game events, offers, promotions, and LiveOps initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Game Design, Product, Analytics, Publishing, Development, Art, and Localization teams
- Analyze player behavior, event results, offer effectiveness, and monetization funnels to identify new growth opportunities
What we're looking for:
- Understanding of Free-to-play game principles
- Basic understanding of game monetization (offers, promotions, store, events)
- Basic knowledge of product metrics (ARPU, ARPPU, MAU/DAU, conversions)
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Analytical thinking: ability to work with data and identify patterns
- Attention to detail and accuracy in working with settings
- Interest in game development and gaming experience (preferably F2P / MMO)
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (remote start with relocation is possible)
