Head of Product & Operations

We are looking for a Head of Product & Operations for a game development studio with a team of 40+ people and an existing Free-to-Play multiplayer product.

The main task is to increase the speed and predictability of development, build a system of priorities, and gradually take over the management of product, production, and functional leaders.

What you will do:

• manage roadmap, priorities, deadlines, and resources;
• increase the predictability of development, releases, and LiveOps;
• identify bottlenecks in processes and drive changes to completion;
• manage functional leaders and distribute areas of responsibility;
• link product decisions with budgets and business metrics;
• gradually take over some operational authorities from the owners.

We are looking for a candidate with experience:

• managing a live game product;
• simultaneously being responsible for product, production, and people management;
• managing managers or functional leads;
• working with roadmaps, releases, capacity, budgets, and resource allocation;
• implementing changes in a growing or founder-led company.

Experience in Free-to-Play, LiveOps, multiplayer or social games, and studios of 20-100 people is particularly relevant.

Russian - C2, English - B2+.

Format - full-time, remote or hybrid from Saint Petersburg. Overlap with the team's working day according to Moscow time is important.
