About us:
Matygame is a dynamically developing company specializing in mobile game localization. We provide a full cycle of publishing support — including technical, marketing, and legal assistance — to both local and foreign studios. With deep expertise in the Russian and CIS gaming market, we collaborate with promising teams, invest in promising projects, and release high-quality products for players worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Game Producer / Business Development Manager to join our publishing team. This is not a role for a simple task setter — we need a proactive, strategically thinking specialist who can take full responsibility for the lifecycle of partner projects and ensure that each project achieves its commercial and qualitative potential.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full publishing cycle of multiple mobile game projects simultaneously.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams (marketing, technical support, legal, monetization) and external development studios.
- Defining and controlling milestones, budgets, and KPIs for each project.
- Managing build transfers, ensuring compliance with app store requirements, and release schedules.
- Liaising with internal departments to align product features with market launch strategies.
- Analyzing game metrics (retention, LTV, ARPU, conversion) and implementing data-driven product improvements.
- Early identification of risks and development of mitigation plans — from technical issues to changes in market conditions.
- Close collaboration with the Business Development team to evaluate new game pitches and studios for potential partnership.
We expect:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or Publishing Manager in the gaming industry.
- Proven experience in launching and supporting game projects.
- Deep understanding of game economics, monetization models, and live project management strategies.
- Strong analytical skills — you understand metrics and know how to translate them into concrete tasks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Russian and English (B2 level or higher).
- Proactive approach and accountability for results — you don't wait for problems to solve themselves.
- Knowledge of the Russian and CIS market, as well as the specifics of publishing in the region.
Key goal for the first 90 days:
Within the first 90 days — create a structured vendor map, enter negotiations, or sign a contract with at least 2 new development studios.
We offer:
- Full-time employment, office in Moscow, schedule: Mon–Fri from 10:00 to 18:00 (including 1 hour for lunch).
- Competitive salary + quarterly bonuses + bonuses based on participation in internal company projects.
- Extended social package (voluntary medical insurance with dental care, meal and transport subsidies).
- Rich corporate life — trainings, team-building events, and other activities.
- Opportunities for professional and career growth.
- The chance to grow with a team that creates significant projects in the gaming industry.
