**About the role **We are developing our Japanese segment and are looking for an Affiliate Manager to take charge of finding and developing traffic in the fintech, crypto, and binary options niche in the Japanese market.

Responsibilities — Search, attract, and onboard new partners and traffic sources in the Japanese market within the fintech, crypto, and binary options niches — Manage and develop the current partner base — build long-term relationships with affiliates — Analyze traffic quality from partners — track key metrics (CR, CPL, CPA, ROI) — Negotiate terms of cooperation with partners, agree on offers and payouts — Monitor results and prepare reports for the segment — Search for and test new traffic channels and formats — Identify growth points and scale successful strategies

Requirements — Work experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a related role for at least 1 year — Experience in binary options, cryptocurrency, forex, or related financial niches — mandatory — Experience working with the Asian market — Understanding of basic traffic management models — Ability to analyze traffic and work with basic efficiency metrics — Negotiation skills and ability to build partner relationships — Good English for internal communication and partner negotiations — Independence, proactivity, and results-orientation
