What you will do
- Develop and enhance backend services for the trading platform. The main focus is on creating, supporting, and optimizing trading mechanics, as well as working with the system's settlement and risk logic.
- Participate in the development of new mechanics, testing product hypotheses, and improving existing functionality under high load conditions and with requirements for minimal operation latency. The system processes a significant volume of events and operations daily, so the ability to design solutions that perform effectively under load is important.
- A significant portion of the tasks involves real-time event processing and building efficient interaction chains between services. It's important to consider the balance between request processing speed, data consistency, and system stability in your work.
- Participation in architectural solution design, performance optimization, and selection of technical approaches is expected. Close collaboration with client-side developers (web/mobile) for implementing real-time functionality and within the team for joint solution development and platform enhancement is also anticipated.
We expect you to have
- 5+ years of development experience in Go.
- Experience with relational databases (preferably MySQL) and understanding how to optimize queries.
- Experience using Redis for caching and working with data structures.
- Experience working with Kafka or other message brokers.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous interactions.
- Experience developing high-load backend services.
- Understanding of principles for building scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
- Experience applying common backend patterns (retry, idempotency, circuit breaker).
- Experience working with synchronous and real-time interactions (e.g., WebSocket).
- Take responsibility for results, demonstrate independence and ownership.
