You're a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth, ideally in B2B SaaS
• strong technical SEO fundamentals, including crawlability, indexation, internal linking, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
• experience with keyword research, search intent analysis, content optimization, and competitive analysis
• a solid understanding of AI Search, AI Overviews, answer engines, or GEO/AEO
• ability to turn data into business-driven decisions
• hands-on experience using AI tooling, scripts, or no-code and prompting to automate workflows, generate content, or improve SEO processes
• excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• experience with programmatic SEO
• experience with AI agents or workflow automation
• experience in e-commerce, lifecycle marketing, or content-led growth
• good communication skills in Polish

Salary range:

• 12 000 - 15 000 PLN gross monthly on contract of employment
• 572 - 715 PLN net/man-day on B2B contract
