Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook | Crypto)**
Rich Mind is a team of 100+ specialists with over 5 years of experience in traffic arbitrage.
Our main source is Facebook Ads, with key verticals being crypto and gambling.
We have a fully developed infrastructure: media buying, promo, farming, analytics, BizDev, tech, and other functions. This allows us to quickly test hypotheses, scale, and earn stably.

We are currently looking for a strong Team Lead MB to take responsibility for developing the testing direction in crypto.

Your tasks:
- Managing the testing team (Facebook Ads, crypto)
- Generating and verifying hypotheses, bringing them to profitable campaigns
- Launching, optimizing, and scaling test campaigns
- Managing the budget and effective spend allocation
- Forming a KPI system and transparent reporting on results
- Analyzing the funnel and key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.)
- Working with creatives and pre-landers: setting tasks and improving effectiveness
- Building testing processes (kill / iterate / scale)
- Interacting with the scaling team and other departments
- Increasing the speed of launches and the quality of hypotheses

What is important to us in a candidate:
- Media buying experience of 3+ years
- Current crypto vertical experience of 2+ years
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads
- Real confirmed cases (from hypothesis to result)
- Experience with budgets of $100k+/month
- Team management experience
- Understanding of the market, trends, and working approaches
- Strong analytics and data-driven approach
