We are looking for two Project Managers for the team in Minsk - both with a product mindset, but with different areas of responsibility.

🚀 1. Project Manager (Mobile Apps) We are looking for someone who not only manages processes but also influences product success through data, analytics, and decision-making. What you will do: • manage the development of a mobile application from backlog to releases; • form and develop the product roadmap together with the team; • analyze product and business metrics (ROI, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and make decisions based on them; • coordinate the work of development, design, marketing, and stakeholders; • interact with UA and ASO teams; • accompany the publication and updates of applications in the App Store. What is important: ✔️ from 2 years of experience in managing mobile products (Health & Fitness, Lifestyle, AI, or Utility); ✔️ experience with product and marketing metrics; ✔️ understanding of the full cycle of mobile development; ✔️ experience interacting with UA/ASO and publishing applications in the App Store.

💻 2. Project Manager (Web Products & Landing Pages) We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background who is responsible not only for processes but also for the product's result. What you will do: • manage projects for the development of web landing pages; • coordinate the work of the development team; • plan tasks and releases; • work with product and business metrics, identify growth points; • improve development processes and increase team efficiency. What is important: ✔️ technical background; ✔️ experience with payment systems (subscription, billing, payment flows); ✔️ experience in managing web landing page projects; ✔️ from 2 years of commercial experience in Project Management; ✔️ product approach and result orientation.
