We are developing a portfolio of 80+ mobile applications in the Health & Fitness, Lifestyle, AI, and Utility areas, and we are currently looking for people who want not just to complete tasks, but to influence the numbers, scale, and results of the products.

🔥 Who we are looking for:

1. Product Manager (Mobile Apps) What's important: 3+ years of experience with mobile applications, understanding of ROI, ROAS, LTV, experience with subscription models and the App Store, as well as the ability to turn analytics into concrete product solutions. 📍 Minsk | Office-based work

2. Motion Designer What's important: 1.5+ years of commercial experience, mandatory experience with creatives for mobile applications, proficient After Effects + Premiere Pro, knowledge of Figma and, of course, a portfolio. Experience with AI in video creation is a big plus. 📍 Minsk | Office-based work

3. User Acquisition Manager What's important: 3+ years in UA for mobile iOS applications, experience with subscription models, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Web2App, AppsFlyer/Firebase, and budgets from $100K per month. Experience with the Chinese market and DSP will be a plus. 📍 Remote format
