Fourmi LAB LLP (Almaty) is looking for a .Net Senior+ developer.
Project:
Together with our partner company, we are creating a professional trading platform for PC, a web terminal, and an Order Management System (OMS) for prop trading companies.
Mandatory Requirements:
Backend development experience in C# and .NET — from 10 years.
Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
Practical experience with performance-critical .NET components: multithreading, memory/allocations, GC, Span/structs.
Higher education in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical fields.
Experience in trading, fintech, high-frequency trading, or other low-latency/real-time systems.
Made real architectural decisions and mentored other developers.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Developed communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Special Requirements:
Fluent English, both spoken and written.
Ability to clearly explain technical solutions during discussions with a distributed team.
Overlap of working hours for at least 4 hours within the interval from 9:00 to 17:00 North American Eastern Time (EST).
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Relevant educational background
• English - B2 level or higher (for team communication).
• Availability for up to 3 weeks.
• Possibility of subsequent employment with the client

3 interview stages:
• technical interview, duration — 2 hours
• client interview (2 stages)
Location: anywhere except RF, RB, and Ukraine
