We are looking for a specialist who: • Has at least 2 years of experience in iGaming • Has worked on the direct advertiser's side • Has their own partner base (priority – LATAM: Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina) • Has a deep understanding of the CPA model, traffic sources, and affiliate tools • Is skilled in analyzing traffic and key metrics (registrations, deposits, Retention, LTV, etc.) • Has experience in identifying and preventing fraud • Is fluent in business communication in English (Spanish will be a big plus)

Your responsibilities will include: • Searching for and onboarding new partners (including via cold outreach) • Developing and supporting existing partners • Handling incoming requests • Analyzing partner performance and traffic quality • Monitoring KPIs and preventing fraudulent traffic • Preparing reports and working with analytics • Building long-term partner relationships
