Our company in the Digital segment is looking for an energetic recruiter with excellent sourcing skills to work with middle/senior positions.

What you will do: • Manage the full recruitment cycle 🔄 • Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, HH, AmazingHiring, GitHub, and other platforms 🔍 • Communicate with candidates and conduct initial screening 💬 • Organize and coordinate interviews 📅 • Maintain the database and prepare reports and analytics 📊

What is important to have: • Experience in HR/Recruitment (agency or in-house) 💼 • Practical experience in recruiting for Digital and IT/Tech roles 💻 • Advanced search and research skills 🕵️‍♂️
