Middle Computer Vision Engineer

Position: Middle Computer Vision Engineer Company: BelesAI Work format: offline, Astana (we only consider on-site, please do not disturb regarding other formats)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop CV / Video Analytics models (detection, tracking, face recognition, behavior analysis)
• Integrate ML models into production (backend, edge)
• Train and retrain models (fine-tuning, transfer learning)
• Participate in real AI projects with business applications
• Work with the full cycle: from research to deployment
• Optimize models and improve the quality of CV solutions

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Computer Vision: understanding of classical algorithms and modern DL approaches
• Experience from 1 year in commercial development
• Deep understanding of machine learning and neural network fundamentals (CNN, detection/segmentation models)
• **Proficient in Python **
• Practical experience with libraries: OpenCV, NumPy, PyTorch / TensorFlow
• Ability to work with Git
• Experience in model optimization (speed/accuracy trade-offs, inference)
• Experience with tasks of detection, tracking, human behavior analysis

Important: We are looking for a strong specialist with real experience not only with models but also with full-fledged CV systems (from development to production implementation)
