Vacancy: Founding Engineer

Core Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js, REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, OAuth2, JWT.

Responsibilities: — Lead the project from a defined scope to a production-ready release; — Design and implement the backend: API, models, authorization, migrations, background tasks; — If necessary, connect frontend, mobile, integrations, and observability at the MVP level; — Configure build, CI/CD, staging, and production release; — Prepare demos, READMEs, runbooks, a list of limitations, and hand over the results; — Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate development: Cursor / Claude Code / Codex / MCP / agents.

What's important: — 8+ years of full-stack JavaScript / TypeScript experience; — Strong backend with Node.js / TypeScript; — React / Next.js experience sufficient for independently building an MVP; — Production experience: releases, staging/prod, CI/CD, post-release fixes, incidents; — Experience with independent delivery: from architecture to deploy and production support; — Product mindset: ability to narrow down scope, choose an MVP, and justify trade-offs; — Cases where a feature / MVP was brought to a working product or production release within 1–2 weeks; — English B1 level.

Will be a plus: — Experience in product companies, startups, venture studios, or multi-product environments; — Production LLM / RAG / agents / vector DBs; — LangChain / LangGraph / Mastra / CrewAI / OpenAI / Claude / MCP; — Observability: OpenTelemetry / Langfuse / Prometheus / Datadog; — React Native / Expo.

Not suitable: — Frontend-heavy profile without a strong backend; — Backend without JavaScript / TypeScript; — Manager-only / architect-only roles without hands-on coding; — Pure outsourcing without ownership.
