Senior Product Manager

RoboMarkets is a broker with a global presence and a strong regulatory profile, providing multi-asset trading services across Stocks, ETFs, and CFDs on Commodities, Indices, Forex, and Metals through proprietary technologies and global market connectivity.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to lead the development of our core trading infrastructure and brokerage administration systems.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product development of the brokerage core engine and the admin panel of our proprietary trading platform
• Define requirements for:
  • market data and quote management
  • order execution and routing
  • exchange and liquidity provider connectivity
  • account administration and trading settings
  • commissions, markups, and account groups
• Work closely with engineering, dealing, operations, and risk teams
• Translate business processes into functional specifications and user stories
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of trading systems
• Support integrations with exchanges, brokers, custodians, and liquidity providers

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in fintech or brokerage
• Strong understanding of trading infrastructure and brokerage operations
• Hands-on experience with: order execution flows, routing systems, FIX protocol, market data feeds, trading account management
• Understanding of stock market infrastructure and margin trading
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience working with internal admin systems is a strong advantage
