Team Lead UX/UI Designer

Ecovita LLC is recruiting personnel for a company operating under the coralclub brand in Moscow.

We are looking for a Team Lead UX/UI Designer to manage a distributed team of designers (4+ people) and develop the design function in several of the company's digital products: eCommerce, mobile app, personal account, LMS, event- and internal-services.

• Responsibilities: Management of the UX/UI design team: planning, prioritization, workload and deadline control.

• Building transparent processes for design delivery and interaction with product/development.

• Conducting design reviews, quality control of interface solutions.

• Forming unified UX/UI standards for web and mobile products.

• Developing and implementing a design system, standardizing components and patterns.

• Supporting discovery: prototyping, testing UX hypotheses, participating in the elaboration of key scenarios.

• Implementing AI and automation tools to accelerate design processes.

• Cross-functional interaction with product, development, marketing, CX, and business stakeholders.

• Requirements: UX/UI design experience of 5+ years

• Team lead experience for designers of 2+ years

• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams

• Experience in designing mobile applications and web interfaces

• Deep understanding of UX processes: user flow, prototyping, hypothesis testing

• Practical experience with design systems and a component-based approach

• Proficient in Figma

• Experience in building or optimizing design delivery processes

• English language - Intermediate and above for working with professional documentation, modern UX/UI practices, and AI tools

• Ability to argue for UX solutions and build constructive interaction between teams
