Responsibilities:

🌸Design, development, and support of the company's IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, virtualization).

🌸Administration of Linux/Windows servers and network equipment (Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, etc.).

🌸Development and implementation of information security policies.

🌸Configuration and support of perimeter protection systems: firewall, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, proxy.

🌸Implementation of network segmentation, secure remote access, traffic control.

🌸Analysis of security incidents, infrastructure auditing, implementation of monitoring and alerting tools.

🌸Management of backup and disaster recovery (backup/restore).

🌸Optimization of system performance and fault tolerance.

🌸Mentoring and technical support of junior administrators.

Requirements:

💦System administration experience of 5+ years, with at least 2 years in network security.

💦Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTPS, SMTP, BGP, OSPF).

💦Experience configuring routers, L3 switches, VLAN, NAT.

💦Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, RBAC, account management, and access policies.

💦Experience with SIEM systems, logging, and monitoring systems (Zabbix, ELK, Wazuh, Grafana).

💦Proficient in Bash / PowerShell / Python for task automation.

💦Ability to analyze vulnerabilities and perform system hardening.

💦Practical skills in virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, KVM).

💦Experience in interacting with SOC and participating in security incident investigations.

Will be an advantage:

💦Certifications: Cisco CCNP/CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE4+, Microsoft, RHCE.

💦Experience in designing networks for high-load or distributed systems.

💦Experience in implementing SIEM, IDS/IPS, or EDR solutions from scratch.

💦Knowledge of DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes)
