Senior ML Engineer / ML Lead (Crypto Trading)

Looking for a Senior ML Engineer / ML Lead to join a small team (graduates from HSE, MIPT, Skoltech, and ShAD) building ML-driven trading strategies in crypto markets. The system is already running in production, and we now need a strong expert ready to take ownership of the product, develop the architecture, and elevate models to new levels of profitability.

What we offer: • Location: Office in Serbia or remote work. • Compensation: up to 12,000 USD net + bonus.

Who we are looking for: • Senior / ML Lead with experience in trading. • Experience developing profitable ML models or trading strategies. • Strong stack: Python, NumPy, numba, PyTorch / JAX. • Fundamental knowledge of mathematics. • Ability to independently generate hypotheses and bring them to real-world monetary results.

Will be a huge plus: • Experience in algorithmic trading or cryptocurrencies. • Proficiency in C++ (at the level of reading and optimizing critical paths). • Background: prize-winning places in olympiads, Kaggle experience, publications, ShAD. • Interest in team development and mentorship.
