**Senior Java Developer (Backend) **☕️🏦

Client: Bank (Pan-Baltic level). Location: Priority to Baltic countries, secondarily to Poland. Load: Full-time, Long-term. Language: English (B2+ / Fluent) — critically important for working in an international team.

🚀 About the role: Development of backend services for a major banking sector operating at the Baltic level. The project focuses on cloud infrastructure (AWS) and modern development standards. We are looking for a "mature" engineer with a strong engineering approach and experience in building fault-tolerant distributed systems.

🛠 Technology stack: Core: Java (preferably 17+ / 21). Framework: Spring Boot (experience of 7+ years is mandatory). Cloud: AWS (Lambda Java runtime, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.). Architecture: Microservices, RESTful API Design. DevOps & Ops: CI/CD, monitoring, and ensuring operational stability. Best Practices: SOLID, KISS, YAGNI, Clean Code.

📋 Responsibilities: — Design and implementation of scalable backend services. — Development and integration of RESTful APIs. — Writing maintainable code with deep auto-test coverage. — Working in the AWS cloud environment, configuring and optimizing services. — Ensuring operational reliability and system monitoring. — Active participation in international communications in English.

🎯 Requirements (Must-have): — Proven experience with Spring Boot for 7+ years. — Deep practical knowledge of modern Java (17/21). — Strong experience in designing distributed or cloud systems (especially AWS). — Confident command of CI/CD practices and monitoring tools. — High development culture: understanding and application of SOLID and Clean Code principles. — Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily interaction.
