Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for an engaged Frontend Engineer for a cross-functional team that develops a web platform for editing photos and videos using AI technologies.

About the development process at Instories:

We have several development directions:

Client-side development directions: ◎ Feature development on native platforms; ◎ Experiment development; ◎ R&D in the field of working with graphics and application optimization; ◎ Infrastructure tasks for optimizing company processes; ◎ Cross-platform graphics core.

Server-side development directions: ◎ Development of server-side features for the client-side; ◎ Development of infrastructure tasks.

And also: We use the latest stable versions of languages, libraries, and frameworks. Weekly, we supplement new feature development with technical debt tasks and production optimization. We create comfortable processes tailored to the needs of different teams and maintain a work-life balance.

What is important to us: ◎ 3+ years of commercial development experience in a B2C product; ◎ Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, 4+ years of experience with React; ◎ Ability to write clean, maintainable code in accordance with SOLID principles; ◎ Experience with state managers.

Will be a plus: ◎ Experience with Node.js; ◎ Experience with Canvas and WebGL; ◎ Experience writing Unit and e2e tests; ◎ Experience in developing components for a design system.

Your responsibilities will include: ◎ Writing new and supporting existing code; ◎ Designing complex and reusable architectural solutions; ◎ Technical development of the project, research of new technologies and their integration; ◎ Discussing product tasks, participating in planning, meeting deadlines; ◎ Continuously improving the capabilities of the web platform for users.
