Overview: SOFTSWISS is looking for a Senior PR Manager to strengthen our global PR and Communications team. You’ll own PR initiatives across products, markets, and strategic business priorities, transforming complex B2B and technical topics into compelling stories that resonate with international audiences.

Purpose of the role: You’ll shape and deliver strategic communications that strengthen our global brand, support business growth, and build credibility across international B2B markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute PR activities for assigned products, markets, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Create high-quality PR content, including press releases, expert articles, interviews, media pitches, talking points, executive commentary, and opinion pieces.
• Develop compelling messaging, narratives, and media angles tailored to B2B and technical audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with international journalists, editors, media outlets, partners, and event organisers.
• Coordinate PR support for product launches, market announcements, speaking opportunities, industry events, awards, and executive visibility initiatives.
• Partner closely with Brand Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events, Business Development, Legal, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated communications.
• Ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across media directories, industry listings, and external platforms.
• Monitor PR performance, analyse campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations based on Share of Voice, publication quality, sentiment, media relevance, competitor visibility, and other key metrics.
• Identify reputational, factual, regulatory, or messaging risks and escalate sensitive issues when appropriate.
• Improve PR processes, reporting, templates, workflows, and AI-assisted practices to increase team efficiency.
