🚀 Product Manager (Payments) | Limassol, office

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to develop payment products. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the user payment experience, developing payment infrastructure, and growing key product metrics.

🔎What you will do:

• analyze key payment and product metrics (approval rate, success rate, deposit funnel CR, and others); • research the payment funnel, identify causes of losses, declines, and unsuccessful transactions; • improve the user journey in deposit and withdrawal scenarios; • evaluate the effectiveness of payment methods and providers by country, currency, user segment, and other indicators; • develop local payment methods (cards, bank transfer, mobile money, e-wallets, crypto, vouchers, etc.); • participate in the selection and prioritization of payment providers; • form and test product hypotheses aimed at increasing deposit activity and payment indicators; • launch and analyze A/B tests and growth initiatives; • monitor the stability of payment systems and participate in incident investigations; • interact with product, technical, financial, analytical teams, antifraud, support, and payment providers; • prepare analytical materials and proposals for the development of the payment product.

🔎We expect:

• Product Manager work experience; • confident use of Excel / Google Sheets; • experience with Jira or YouTrack, Confluence, and Miro; • knowledge of SQL will be an advantage; • analytical mindset, initiative, and result-orientation.
