Job Description

We're looking for a Manual QA to join our team and take full ownership of testing one of our mobile applications. You’ll be part of a small, cross-functional product team, ensuring the app runs smoothly and meets quality standards. While we have a solid QA team, everyone is focused on different parts of our products, so you’ll be the go-to person for this specific app.

We have plenty of documentation, structured onboarding process and a mentor to support you. That said, we’re looking for someone proactive – someone who first tries to figure things out independently before turning to the team.

One key thing to keep in mind: our products are young and evolving fast. Development cycles are quick, with at least one release per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can stay cool under pressure, you’ll fit right in!

Responsibilities

• Own quality assurance process for an AI-driven mobile app.
• Perform requirements, functional, smoke and regression testing.
• Improve our test model and help optimize testing processes.
• Identify risks, document defects and contribute to test reports.
• Work with sniffers (we use Charles).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Manual QA in a product team.
• Hands-on experience testing iOS and Android apps.
• A sense of ownership and responsibility – you’re comfortable working independently.
• Experience with sniffers + gRPC + Generative AI is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Computer Science.
• Strong understanding of testing theory and how to apply it in practice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases.
• Strong soft skills – we can help fill technical gaps with mentoring and onboarding, but motivation and a preference for non-corporate environment are key.
