As part of this program, you will spend three weeks in different teams to better understand their processes and development approaches, and choose the one that is a priority for you.

Travel is a service that helps users independently organize a full-fledged vacation or business trip. Stack: Pure SwiftUI, UDF, Swift Concurrency, FigmaExport, Tuist.

Real Estate not only helps buy, sell, and rent apartments or commercial real estate but also provides reliable information about properties. Stack: SwiftUI & UIKit, VIPER, Tuist & CocoaPods, Swift Concurrency & GCD, Fastlane.

Rent is a convenient city service where specialists help owners quickly rent out apartments and help tenants find a new home. Stack: SwiftUI & UIKit, VIPER, Tuist & CocoaPods, Swift Concurrency & GCD, Fastlane.

Auto.ru is one of the largest platforms for buying and selling cars. In addition to the marketplace for posting and promoting listings, Auto.ru has Reports — a service for checking the history of any vehicle, as well as a product system for professional car dealers, its own media (the "Auto.ru" magazine and two YouTube channels), a community of car enthusiasts ("Bortzhurnal"), and other areas where interesting tasks constantly appear. Stack: SwiftUI + UIKit / Yoga / AutoLayout, Swift Concurrency & GCD Combine + RxSwift, Plugin Module (RIBs like) & MVVM, SPM, Swift Build Tools.

What tasks await you

Application architecture design You will plan the structure of new modules, think about how the application will grow and work faster.

Implementation of technical solutions You will need to write high-quality code, follow development best practices, and implement modern technologies to improve application performance and user experience.

Performance work You will analyze application speed and optimize resources: monitor how the application uses device memory and battery charge, and reduce their consumption.

We expect that you

• Have at least two years of commercial iOS app development experience
• Programmed in Swift

It will be a plus

• Have written code in other languages and for other platforms

We have three stages of online interviews:

1. In the first stage, we will discuss your work experience, ask basic questions about Swift, the platform (Foundation, UIKit, SwiftUI), and offer a small code-writing task in an online editor.
2. In the extended technical section, we will talk about application architecture and design, and may touch on deeper theoretical questions about the language and platform.
3. In the final stage, we will ask about your experience, discuss cases, and tell you about ourselves, our projects, tasks, stack, technologies, and processes.
