iOS Developer for the Yandex Eda Ecosystem Team

Ecosystems are the team that connects everything. We ensure the seamless operation of Yandex Eda with other services: from Maps and Search to subscriptions and promotions. We unite dozens of services into a single living organism. It's complex, but incredibly interesting.

We work using Scrum: we have two-week sprints with task grooming. 20% of our time is dedicated to technical tasks - tech debt, refactoring, and major tech projects.

If you enjoy delving into architecture, understanding how everything works, and influencing large-scale user scenarios, this is the place for you.

You will be creating complex integrations between ecosystem services (Yandex Eda, Lavka, Plus, Market, Maps, etc.), working with different Yandex teams and their code, and helping to find the balance between speed, quality, and scale. You will be tasked with designing the architecture of mobile solutions that can withstand millions of users and influencing the user experience in one of Yandex's most dynamic products.

In our team, you'll see the Yandex ecosystem from the inside. You will have tasks without templates or ready-made solutions - you will pave the way yourself. You will be able to influence how millions of users interact with Yandex services. We will provide support from strong engineers and an open culture of knowledge sharing.

What tasks await you

Ecosystem Development You will scale and support existing Yandex Eda user scenarios that are already present in Yandex Go, Market, Maps, and other services.

Integrations with Yandex Services You will integrate Yandex Eda into other Yandex services to enhance the user experience and make it more comprehensive.

Ecosystem Expansion You will expand the Yandex Eda ecosystem and analyze which growth points can be addressed using other company services.

We expect that you

• Have been engaged in iOS development for at least three years
• Have worked with SwiftUI
