🏢 We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Project Manager | Limassol

Responsibilities ✔️ Build long-term relationships with tenants and support them at all stages of the lease ✔️ Organize the preparation, approval, and signing of lease agreements ✔️ Monitor rental payments and keep records in Excel ✔️ Liaise with the accounting department on financial matters ✔️ Conduct negotiations and promptly resolve tenant issues ✔️ Coordinate repair, service, and technical works at the facility ✔️ Supervise contractors and the quality of work performed ✔️ Conduct regular inspections of the business center and ensure its uninterrupted operation ✔️ Control facility maintenance costs and participate in their optimization ✔️ Ensure compliance with facility operation and safety requirements

Requirements ✅ Experience in commercial real estate management, business centers, facility management, administrative management, or hotel business ✅ Ability to effectively build communication with clients of different nationalities and cultures ✅ Negotiation and conflict resolution skills ✅ Ability to work in a multitasking mode and make independent decisions ✅ Basic financial knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel ✅ Ability to coordinate the work of contractors and service providers ✅ Fluent in English and Russian (knowledge of Greek will be an advantage)
