Description
Our team is developing the SberSoft system (Software Asset Management). This system is used by over 500 users from the bank's target audience. We are integrated with key bank systems: Payroll, Reporting, Jira, HPSM, etc.
Our team faces the task of migrating the SberSoft system (SAP) to the FinAl platform being developed by the bank (Sber Group's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform). The project includes stages of requirements gathering, development, and deployment of the solution to PROD and is planned for several years ahead.
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- testing of the new product
- creating a test model and other test documentation from scratch
- organizing testing processes within the SCRUM team
- organizing testing with related systems and teams
- active collaboration with other team members and related teams
- implementing testing tools adopted by the Bank.
Requirements
We expect:
- experience testing web applications for 4+ years as a Senior QA or Lead
- experience organizing and controlling testing processes within a release cycle
- experience estimating testing tasks considering resources and risks
- conducting various types of testing: Smoke, Regression, Integration, Functional, E2E, Acceptance
- working with defects and tasks in Jira
- creating testing reports and maintaining metrics
- maintaining a test model in TMS Jira Zephyr, writing test cases, checklists.
- experience testing API (Postman, Insomnia)
- experience testing asynchronous interaction via Kafka
- working with SQL queries in Oracle, PostgreSQL
- experience working with Devtools
- experience working with automation engineers, setting tasks for automation, analyzing results of automated test runs
It will be a plus:
- experience managing a testing team or mentoring alongside work as a QA engineer.
- experience working as the sole QA engineer
- skills in working according to the SCRUM methodology and participation in ceremonies.
