Vacancy: Senior IT Recruiter

Responsibilities: • Full-cycle recruitment of IT and AI/ML specialists • Active sourcing through LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, and specialized AI/ML resources • Cold searching and candidate outreach • Managing the recruitment funnel, controlling deadlines and vacancy closure quality • Working with HR metrics: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, stage conversion • Building candidate pipelines and talent pools for the IT/AI domain • Participating in the development of the company's employer brand in the IT/AI market
Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting • Experience in independent full-cycle recruitment management • Strong active sourcing and cold outreach skills • Experience working with recruitment funnels and HR metrics • Ability to work in a fast-growing environment with changing priorities • Experience hiring AI/ML specialists will be an advantage • English language will be a plus
