🎯** What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):**

• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns for Gambling offers (CPA/RevShare).
• Manage core In-App networks: Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral, and Liftoff.
• Drive traffic to the team’s internal WebView and PWA apps, collaborating closely with our tech department.
• Test new geos, networks, and strategies to consistently find winning angles.
• Write clear, actionable briefs for designers to produce high-converting creatives (videos, banners, Playable Ads).
• Monitor traffic quality, eliminate fraud, and analyze the full funnel from click to repeat deposit.

🔆What We Are Looking For (Hard Skills):

• 1+ years of experience as an In-App Media Buyer in the Gambling vertical (with recent case studies/dashboards from the past few months).
• Deep understanding of how Unity Ads, AppLovin, and Mintegral algorithms work.
• Proficiency with mobile attribution and tracking tools: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Keitaro, and Binom.
• Solid grasp of WebView and PWA traffic flows (postback setup, optimization for Reg/Dep events, push notification strategy).
• Proven ability to bypass moderation (cloaking, whitelisting) in strict In-App sources.
• Strong analytical mindset: Excel pivot tables, calculating ROI/ROAS, CR, Inst-to-Reg, and Reg-to-Dep.
