🚀 Project Controls Director | Copper Smelter Project | Kazakhstan

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Director to lead the Owner's Project Controls function for a major Copper Smelter & Refinery Complex construction project in Kazakhstan.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing cost control, planning & scheduling, forecasting, change management, risk management, and project reporting across a large-scale EPC project.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of Project Controls management experience
• Strong background in mining, minerals processing, smelter, or chemical plant projects
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Prism, Microsoft Project, and related Project Controls systems
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and contractor performance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional Project Controls certification (CCP, PSP, AACE, or similar) highly desirable
• English fluency required; Russian or Mandarin is an advantage

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan (initial project phase), followed by site-based assignment in the Abay Region.
