Employment: 24–32 hours per week Work schedule: Flexible (4–6 hours a day, possibly in shifts) + on-call duty

💥For the L2 Engineer (On-Call) position, it is important: -At least 1 year of experience with Linux. -Command-line skills. -System log analysis. -Understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP / HTTPS, DNS, network errors. -Experience with Docker / container services, web servers (Nginx / Apache), databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / Redis). -Experience with monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana / ELK, Sentry or analogs.

💥Responsibilities: -Incident response -Receiving and processing incidents from L1 support or monitoring systems. -Diagnosing service operation problems. -Restoring system functionality. -Escalating complex issues to L3 / engineering teams. -On-call duty. -Diagnosing technical problems. -Working with infrastructure. -Post-incident analysis.
