We are now looking for a strong Middle Product Analyst for a department that operates at the intersection of product and commerce.
The team is responsible for the development of the assortment of clinics, doctors, and services. The global goal is aimed at revenue growth: we are looking for growth points, assessing the adequacy of the assortment, working with the average check, tariffs, and various monetization models.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent research, identify growth points, and formulate recommendations for product and business.
- Analyze the impact of the assortment on conversion and revenue.
- Decompose changes in key metrics and find the reasons.
- Segment clinics, doctors, services, and tariffs.
- Develop a system of metrics, reporting, and analytical tools for product and commerce.
- Interact extensively with product, account management, commerce, and development.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in product analytics;
- Experience using Python for research;
- Excellent SQL knowledge (Greenplum, Clickhouse preferred);
- Experience with reporting in Superset, PowerBI, or any other tool.
Will be a plus:
- Productization and automation of work using Airflow/DBT;
- Experience with marketplaces/aggregators, assortment, commercial analytics, or revenue-related tasks.
