‼️ Mandatory requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Python and its data analysis libraries;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, experience in writing complex queries and optimizing their performance;
- Analytical mindset, independence, and proactivity;
- Ability to decompose complex business problems into measurable tasks;
- Experience with corporate DWH (Greenplum, Clickhouse, etc.);
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Airflow);
- Experience with BI systems (Tableau, Power BI);
- Experience working in a marketing department and understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPO, ROMI/ROAS, LTV, CAC).
📊 Project Tasks
- Analysis of business requirements and formulation of clear technical specifications for data engineers for the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines;
- Data validation and acceptance of work from data engineers, quality control;
- Reporting analysis: anomaly detection, investigation of deviation causes, hypothesis formation and verification;
- Conducting AdHoc research upon requests from the marketing team to support operational and strategic decision-making;
- Designing and analytical support of A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives;
- Participation in marketing analytics development projects, for example, analyzing and selecting optimal attribution windows for different channels.
