Product Analyst
X5 Group is a leading retail company in Russia that manages the "Pyaterochka" and "Perekrestok" retail chains, as well as digital businesses Vprok.ru, Pyaterochka Delivery, 5Post, and Food.ru.
The "Customer Experience" Business Unit is a separate business unit of X5 Group. We are engaged in developing a customer-centric approach at the group and individual business levels, as well as implementing products and services aimed at increasing customer satisfaction within the group.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the implementation and development of analytical tools to improve product efficiency;
- Ensuring the implementation and development of analytical tools to improve the efficiency of the "Apelsin" payment service product;
- Participating in the development of A/B testing methodologies and compiling a knowledge base for evaluating conducted initiatives;
- Conducting in-depth research to generate insights into the cause-and-effect relationships in the behavior of loyalty program audience;
- Interacting with other employees involved in product development: designers, marketers, analysts, etc.;
- Preparing comprehensive reports on performance results
Expectations:
- Over 3 years of experience in sales of IT services, big data technologies;
- Effective communication: developed negotiation skills, building constructive interpersonal relationships, skills in presenting work results;
- Developed operational skills (planning, task assignment, control, analysis of results);
- Ability to think business- and strategically;
- Python programming skills and SQL knowledge;
- Additional technical stack: Hadoop/S3; PySpark; JupyterHub; Airflow; Qlik Sense, Gitlab/Github/etc
