Senior Product Analyst — VK / RuStore
RuStore is the official Russian mobile app store, holding the first place among domestic stores by audience. It is one of VK's most dynamic projects.
Responsibilities
- Leading the analytics for featuring (app promotion) with the goal of achieving the company's OKRs
- Supporting the development of product features — collecting requirements, marking product analytics events, summarizing results, and forming recommendations
- Building a system of dashboards for product analytics, preparing necessary data sources – showcases – for this purpose
- Interacting with product and marketing teams, promoting a data-informed and self-service culture
- Conducting research, segmentation, scoring, personalization of user experience projects, and forecasting key metrics; searching for growth points and anomalies in product metrics
- Mentoring junior colleagues
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in product analytics
- SQL and Python (advanced), ideally — experience with ClickHouse and YTsaurus
- BI (Superset, ReDash, DataLens)
- Experience interacting with PM, PO, Dev, QA product and marketing teams — collecting requirements, presenting results, forming recommendations
- Experience marking analytics events
- Solid experience in forming data showcases
- Proven experience in managing complex analytical projects (segmentation, scoring, forecasting)
- Ability to operate and analyze product and monetization metrics — MAU, Sticky Factor, Retention, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, and similar
- Experience in conducting A/B experiments
- Jira, Confluence
- Ability to structure one's own backlog and decompose complex tasks/projects
- Skill in presenting and arguing results
- Skill in independently formulating hypotheses for anomaly research and growth point discovery
