tldr: Product Analyst, Yandex Lavka, Search and AI scenarios, 250-400k gross, Moscow

We are looking for an analyst to join the Yandex Lavka product analytics team — together we will develop search and AI scenarios in the app 💙

What you will be doing:

• Developing the search quality metrics system: does it find the right products, how does it affect conversion to purchase and cart assembly?
• Analyzing search queries, identifying problem segments (queries with no results, low conversion, ambiguous phrasing) and proposing improvements
• Evaluating the quality of the smart assistant: how it understands queries, where it makes mistakes, how to improve responses
• Conducting A/B tests — from formulating hypotheses to recommendations for launch
• Working closely with product managers, ML engineers, and developers

What we expect from the candidate:

• Confident SQL and Python skills
• Experience with A/B tests
• Ability to translate analytical findings into product recommendations
• Interest in search technologies and AI
